Mobile Home w/ No Title

I am looking to purchase a mobile home and land package that was recently foreclosed, but there was no title to the mobile home.  Below is what was sent to me from the seller's agent.  My question is, since there is no title, can I be held responsible for any past liens against the mobile home?

The mobile home was found to be personal property, and FHLMC is conveying it as part of the property via Hold Harmless. There was no hard copy of the mobile home title via a DMV search. The attached Affidavit of Immobilization was recorded and filed with the state, which makes the mobile home real property for insuring purposes. The mobile home is also included in the Warranty Deed, which will allow the new owner to title the mobile home.

Thanks,

Lance
