Ok... I've did bandit sign, call calling, mailers, passing out flyers and business cards... and no seller yet🤔🤔🤔 I'm a real estate agent as well so I been calling other agent about their low price homes in Baltimore and they won't return my calls... what can I do to get this ball rolling????
