Zillow going to take over the the flippers Market

so I just read Zillow is now going into the buying and selling Market itself. meaning they are going to buy properties and sell them basically becoming flippers. what are your thoughts on this? I basically see the big guy getting into something they should be getting into and the government's letting it happen.
