Little to no money down???
Hi all, I am new to investing and thrilled to get going. I am looking at small multi families. Considering whether to do 3.5-5% down loan. Struggling to see the upside other then less money out of my pocket.
It seems like it is much less cash flow due to much higher mortgage. Am I missing something?
