Lucerne Valley Plot!

Hello BP Community,

I have been made aware of a property that belongs to a deceased family member, it is currently in the probate process and requires some legal work in order to move to my legal possession. I would like to know the approximate value of this plot of land! Unfortunately I only have the legal description of the property and no knowledge of the area. Would anyone please assist with this matter??!!
