What happens to the market if we go to war ith Russia

I'm closing on another house I plan to flip next week. I'm hearing a lot of talk on the radio about going to war with Russia. What do you all think will happen to the real estate market if we do? I would hate to get stuck with this house. Thank you.

best thing you can do is be grateful that if we do go to war, your biggest concern is a piece of real estate.

as someone who has been to war, not having to go pretty much means you have no real problems to worry about. Be thankful
