Associates in Real estate investing?

So I will be leaving the Army soon and I am looking into using my GI bill benefits. I am already trained as a Biomedical equipment technician which could put me in a job for 45-60k/year... I am extremely interested in becoming my own boss though through real estate investing. I found a college that offers an associates degree in applied sciences for real estate investing. I believe this course would teach me how to be a successful investor or atleast guide me in the right direction... I figured i would be better off asking you ladies and gentlemen who are already successfully doing what I hope to be able to do one day. would you suggest that I get the degree? and why? attached is the link to the program.
