What code violations do you target?

Hi everyone,

I have a list of approximately 6K addresses and all these properties have code violations. Some of these have already been closed and the other ones are still open. I'm hoping to narrow down the list, here are all the categories under the code violations: Weed, vacant, no permit,condemn. gravel drive, health, no water, unsecured. 

From the categories above, what would you choose?
