Need advice on judgment on seller
So I’m wanting to purchase a piece of raw land. Found out last Friday seller has a judgment on them and it came back in the title search. Here in Florida you can’t sell with a judgment is my understanding. So my question is what are my chances of getting this to go through? The seller said they will let me know when it’s taken care of and can’t close on the date on the contract. I feel kinda lost I just want to close on the property.

Judgements are usually paid at closing.
