Can anyone clarify what this information means on county tax information site. Square Footage 1,674 Sq. Ft. Basement Area 418 Sq. Ft. % Bsmt Finished 1,256 Sq. Ft What is basement area vs basement area finished? If we finish basement fully does that mean we have the 1256 + 418 added to overall sq ft when listing?
