BP Family, 
I'm under contract in 41 units apartment buildings, $ 2M ,
 For the experienced with the commercial MF loans Any recommendations and financing TIPS   
I personally think the best deal for me is ( 30 Amo, 10 fixed, 4~5  % )

Probably freddie or Fannie ..... 

the property is 100 % occupied no much CAP-X needed. Buy and hold .
