I know I am really behind the times in most things technical.. and I am sure many of you guys use drones..

but this is the way to present your flips.. these things sell houses hands down

this is our latest new build in Charleston.. our project in Gresham is selling so fast that drones were not necessary..

Yeah our guy does the drone or the 3D, each "package" is an add on. I want to say in the $400 range I would be able to get 30 photos, ariel, 3D, they would touch up the skies and make them magazine quality. Well worth it on something selling over about a buck and a half. My pics run me about 125 as just pics. There is no better traffic driver to a house than good pics. Now if the drone is going to show the railroad tracks, or the liquor store or the blood soaked intersection may be best to stick with pics :)
