Houston Texas Property Investment

Hi all!

My partner and I are looking to make an investment soon. Long story short, we are looking to invest out of state because the Los Angeles market is diluted. After considering a few places, we now know we want to invest in Houston. I was hoping to get some advice on this process of investing out of state, any information is welcome.

  • How do you manage property out of state?
  • What should I expect from Houston?
  • Any recommended turn-key companies? Agents? Management companies?

Please feel free to add me and we can also chat in private :)

Thank you!

Hey @Sean Yehuda

I don't precisely about the Houston market. But if you are going to invest out of state, you should check out the book wrote by David Green.

Hopefully, it will help you figure out how to go about investing from far away
