Should we sell our house when we move or keep it as a rental?
Purchased 1st house in 2008 for $210,000 with 5.5% interest rate FHA. We now owe $185,000, it's worth $375,000. We want to move within a year. Should we sell our house or keep it as a rental. Mortgage with tax & insurance is $1,660. Rent would be $2,000-$2,200. Please advise. Thanks much.

Rent is too low for the value of the home, you will have negative cash flow. It is not a investment property, Sell.
