Hey everyone, so I’m moving to fresno to continue / start my schooling face in my life. I don’t want to rent but buy a property and house hack. I been looking and contacting agents in the area. The problem is that i have a poor credit score. Houses range from 150, 250k with 3+ rooms. . Anyone that can inform me of ways to still be able to purchase a home. Thank you!! Any loans Agents Etc that you guys can recommend.

what's up Jose, I hope you have a great experience in Fresno!  What have lenders said about your score?  Have they been able to quote you at all or do they say they can't lend to you right now?  If they can't lend to you, have they told you how you can improve so they can?
