Hello,

I'm looking at getting into a 3rd investment property. My current city of Burlington VT is pretty expensive. I've started looking elsewhere for deals and am wondering if Plattsburgh NY is the place for me. Has anyone purchased rental property there and has it been successful. What are the best parts of town?

Thanks,

Mike

@Michael Cohen I went to school in plattsburgh for 4 years. Its a good opportunity for flips, but buy and holds are a little tougher there. You can still find good deals though. Its still much better than most cities
