Lot splitting in Arizona
I am looking for buy and holds in Arizona around the Buckeye area. The reason I am looking in this general area is my mother in law is there and owns a couple rentals in the area. She is able to look at the properties and let us know about the neighborhood.
I came across a listing that has been on the market for a while in Arlington. It is a run down house on just over 9 acres. I keep going back to it and thinking about if it would be a good idea to divide the property put a couple mobile homes in and rent and or sell them off. Probably with seller financing, and keep the actual home as a rental long term.
It seem that properties with MH in the general area are going for around 100k. It may be to costly to buy transport and set up a MH. I believe rent could be 800-1100 depending on what is put in.
