Orlando top of list for 2018 Forbes "Where to Invest" 

Hey guys, do you have suggestions for neighborhoods in Orlando. Perhaps, which areas are 'up and coming' and which areas are desirable neighborhoods already?

  Or any thoughts or general advice for investing in mid-size buildings 10-30 unit buildings in Orlando?  How's the housing stock? (
