Stay OR pull out and diversify?
Looking for feedback from seasoned int'l investors...
I have an foreign investor client with $2.5m in a commercial property overseas (Estonia), around 2.8% cap until mortgage payoff in roughly 5 yrs- even then sounds like 5%. He's interested in FL STR and some other diversified options. Is this a no-brainer as I know I can get him 6% plus here or is his current investment a sounder, safer strategy?
