Mobiles on Land in Kitsap County, WA with Seller Financing

Would any of you be willing to share your mobile home success stories with us, and how they fit into your portfolio? 

Just trying to gauge market demand here with a poll on seller financed mobiles with land, and see if they work as rentals vs land banking vs ...? We have come across more than a few of these, and we are not sure how or if they work, or even how they would work. Would appreciate any feedback from others that have found success in that market.
