Hiring two realtors worth it?
I'm in the position of selling my current rental property. I'm looking to maximize the exposure and market position of this home, but at the same time looking to keep commission paid to a minimum. I've come across a husband and wife realtor team. Their current commission structure is 6% on the first 100K and 3% on the balance. They are marketing themselves as getting two realtors for the price of one. As a seller, would this be a smart strategy to go with? Looking for opinions.
