Modular Homes - Value and DOM

Looking at purchasing an 1800 sqft home on about 10 acres. This is a modular home but it was not disclosed. From what I have read is that they are of better construction etc. My question is this; will it be more difficult to sell and will sale price be discounted (or should it for that matter)???
