Quitclaim Deed to LLC / Virginia Taxes

Hi all, SIAP but I couldn't find VA-specific answers on the forums. Myself and a 50/50 investor plan to build an investment vacation rental property. In order to make splitting profits/losses, payment waterfalls, etc work as smoothly as possible, we plan to operate out of a Virginia LLC. We are still in the financial planning stage, so we have not formally engaged a lender, etc. Before I spin my wheels for too long, does anyone know if a quitclaim deed from ourselves to an LLC will trigger the Virginia transfer tax? This is assuming a lender will not loan directly to the LLC forcing us to transfer post-loan closing (which we will clear with the lender).

Any/all input for our situation would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
