Beach condo SUCCESS story

      Hey, everyone I’m new to the BP. I’ve been in real estate for many years. However, it wasn’t until 2016 I purchased my first two properties  in the Lynchburg Va area.  I was able to get get one loan with two separate deeds. With that being said, I remodeled the house  for the first 6 months that I owned then rented the property out for a year. Afterwards, i was approached by a married couple and they loved what i have done to the house and they wanted to purchase the house. I told them the price and they were okay with it. A few months LATER THE DEAL WENT THROUGH, I still own the lot free and clear.

Since then, I’m working on my third property which is a beach condo. What are some of your success stories on your beach condo, who are you renting your condo  through or what website do you use to promote your beach property???
