One sale contract with two 911 addresses

Just joined and excited about all the potential knowledge gain here and of course the networking!

I have made an offer on a mountain property and was told by the agent that it has two 911 registered homes.

The sales contract shows both though having complications getting a mortgage on this.

I was wondering if anyone has wisdom on this and what other issues I might run into and future sale issues it may cause?

Also, if we do get this going i was told that planning and zoning can make them one address...?
