Structuring a Partnership with Family

So I partnered with my brother this last year. We have yet to finalized our partnership agreement. We can't come to agreement on if one of us wants to exit the partnership. Does anybody have any suggestions for how to structure this so that both parties end up with a positive out come it the partnership were to come to an end?
