Referal Fee? From Realtor?
I am working with an agent an occassionaly she gets buyers that can't get qualified. If through my contacts I can get them done, pre approved, approved, but she wants to find them a house. Can I get a fee for getting her buyer done? I was thinking I could get a fee like $300 or so when the property closes. How would I work something out like this where it is still worth my while to do it? Any suggestions on legalities. Thank you in advance.
