Transfer Title to LLC

I'm looking to get a conventional loan and transfer the property to my LLC after close. I actually already have a lender that is on board for this, so now I'm just looking for someone who has done this so I can hash out logistics.

If you've done this, let me know! I'd like to know more about affects on title insurance, taxes, etc...
