Thoughts on a deal in Jacksonville 32210
I am a first time out of state buyer from California, looking for a good rental property investment in Jacksonville area. I have found a property in 32210 and wanted to get thoughts of people who are familiar with the neighborhood.
Is the area close to Cedar Hills estate around Wilson Blvd and Blanding Blvd a good neighborhood? Is 110k for a 1100 sq ft property sound ok? The property is in a good condition and rented at the moment.
