Wythe Capital Trust in Florida ???

Hey guys! Have any of you worked with Wythe Capital Trust in Florida? They are a wholesaler and I’m looking to possibly purchase a property from them? Can anyone provide any feedback on them? Also, they apparently do not allow inspections so basically when i visit the property I better look over it well. Is that normal? Thanks in advance
