22 years old -Good job - no credit built up
Hey everybody im 22 years old im from mobile alabama. Im trying to get my first pre approval for an investment house. Right now i have a good bit saved up and i make $700 a week minimum plus i have a cosigner with great credit, but still i am having trouble getting a preapproval because i have no credit built up. The banks ive been to all tell me that "the co-borrower must occupy the house" which doesnt make a whole lot of since to me. Does anybody know a way around this?? Any information helps. Thanks!
