I am looking at investing in a 3 bedroom rental income property in the 19123 neighborhood. It is a first floor unit with two nice size bedrooms in the basement with 9 foot ceilings. I am concerned about the resale potential on a 1st floor/basement home, but plan on holding the investment for at least five years, before selling. There is a 10 year tax abatement on the home and a $600 dollar cushion between monthly costs and rental income. I'd love to hear the groups thoughts about this type of investment and any experience with condos that incorporate a basement dewelling Thank you, K
