How to Find Comps if No Houses Sold in Last 5 Years

Hi,

I don't have access to the MLS and I am using Zillow to analyze comps. When I search for sold homes in a neighborhood I'm looking at, Zillow comes back with no results. How do I analyze comps if this is the case?

If anyone has time, I am trying to analyze comps for the following property: 1968 Vermont St, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. I'm doing this just for practice.

Thank you guys,

Nikitha
