Do you buy homes from business owners?
Hello all,
I made this post a while ago but it was removed because I suppose the backstory may have come across as soliciting. However, very simply - out of 100 multi OR single family deals you ACTUALLY GET DONE, what percentage of those DONE deals are from either a) former business owners or b) current business owners?
I'm extremely interested in "distressed" business owners because business owners live in homes. I can find distressed business owners much more easily than I can find distressed home buyers but getting an idea based on the questions above would be super helpful.
Thanks all!

Interesting strategy, I don't know the percentage, but if you have the list, I think it would be a good avenue to explore.
