Does anyone have any insight on the coatesville market? I have two rental properties in downingtown, but at looking at a property in the west end of coatesville. Any insight is appreciated.

As to your question, I've looked there as well and even with the higher taxes & poor school system there looks to be a lot of solid investment properties.
