SW Atlanta Poll - Which areas will continue to see appreciation?
I have been working a lot in different parts of SW Atlanta recently. Hunter Hills, Center Hill, Grove Park all seem to be slowly trending up. Vine City also has a lot of potential but is the new stadium enough to bring value?
What do you guys see? Is the move to grab good rental deals and hold them until values really improve or will we start seeing high ARVs in these areas in the next year?
