Hello all,

My wife and I have 2 decent single family houses in north Idaho and want to step it up and invest out of state in multi family. We have about 100k in equity if we sold to reinvest..we are looking for feedback on if we should sell since the market is high now, and reposition our investments into a better cash flowing investment. We would appreciate all the feed back!! Thank you in advance.

Hi @Austin Pena! I second @Jonna Weber's advice. We just returned from vacation in Sandpoint and the market is unbelievable! We own a property up there and will definitely be keeping it. If you do decide to sell one, don't forget to use the 1031 exchange strategy!
