Setting up businesses in Utah/Wyoming

Hi, I’ve heard some real estate investing companies say that it’s best to use a real estate CPA/Attorney in Wyoming or Utah to set up our businesses (ie - LLC) because those states have better real estate business knowledge for investors. Does anyone know about this?
