How to Keep Your Listing Fresh!!
We currently have a home on the market. It has been listed for around 6 weeks. We have had several showings but it has tapered off without a offer. My question is when the agent first listed the property it was at the top of the list on the sites like realtor, Zillow, and trulia. Over that time it has dropped down the list. Is there something my agent or me can do to keep them on top of the list?
