Next door condo for sale
After reading up on real estate here I bought a condo and I'm living upstairs with a roommate downstairs that pays for the mortgage in full. Yay! But now the condo next to mine is for sale and I know if I bought it and rented out the whole thing I could get some solid cash flow, but I have no capital to borrow on since I've got one mortgage already. How could I go about telling potential investors about this deal? Since I live right next-door I could check in and manage the property for them and everything, but would it be reasonable to request any payment/percentage of cashflow for bringing it to them considering I don't think I could add any cash to the down payment?
