Hello my fellow Las Vegas nv real estate champs! I am a 28 yr old construction manager/estimator student and wholesaler in the valley wondering how our market is in WHOLETAILING ?? I have a few deals lined up and have been advised to possibly wholetail them instead of wholesale one. Any comments on wholetailing in Las Vegas?
