Hello everyone my name is Alphonso. I am 28 yrs old from Hartsville SC born and raised. I am very familiar with Florence and Darlington county and I know a lot of areas in SC. I am new to real estate investing and want to get into wholesaling leading into multifamily. I am here to learn and network with everyone. Can someone please to me is there a local REIA near Florence or Columbia, sc.
