Hello all investors, I am a new Real estate agent in the Sacramento/Elk Grove area. I have been previewing houses on the market for more than 45 days all the ones I have seen are very overpriced in relation to the condition of the properties. I would love to work with any Investor and make some offers, provide a list of properties etc. please hit me up if interested.
