New Wholesaler coming in
So I'm a new wholesaler on the block, my mentor, readings, research, and attorney have prepped me so I can officially go out and look for deals, the issue now is, how do I go about getting the phone numbers from potential buyers I find on the net. I go through a combination strategy I developed that allows me to find the properties and the owners, but I don't know how to go about finding the actual phone numbers for these potential sellers. I prefer to use phone calls as it allows me to build a better introduction and relationship with the seller to provide a more comfortable and trustworthy environment. Any suggestions?
