Multi-Families in Portland - Visiting in February

I'm traveling to Portland in a couple weeks to tour the market for multi-family opportunities. Looks like I'll miss the BP event by one day, but hoping to still connect with those that have a solid read on the market and how to secure deals that cash flow immediately with a favorable cap rate.

I've done some deep due diligence on zoning changes, redevelopment neighborhoods, demographics, rent and property trends the past few decades, but would really like to connectbeoth someone innate ground who knows the entire market or select neighborhoods very well.

Looking forward to connecting with the local experts before I get to town.

Thanks in advance!

David
