Off Market REO Properties
Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some advice. I found a property that's currently listed as off market, but it's REO. Normally I would look up the owner and send a letter, but since the owner is a bank I'm not sure what to do.
Has anyone faced this scenario? Is there anyway for you to find someone to contact about obtaining an REO property?
Thanks!
Jon
