Contacting Property Management Companies for leads yes/no?

Hello,

I am currently looking for another investment property and right now the market is slow. My real estate agent has her network of investors and the network from the connected Property management company that provides leads before they hit MLS.

What is every ones thoughts on contacting other property management companies in the area to see if they have any investors thinking about selling? I am not looking to work with multiple real estate agents, mine does me right and I am loyal to her and should I submit a contract I would have her represent me.

Thanks,

Joe
