New to Real Estate Investing
So I am completely new to this and want to get the best knowledge on how to buy investment property. I have read some posts on here and see there are many experienced people on the forum. As you might expect I am a little skeptical of the whole process but I also see that it must be profitable if so many people are doing it. So I don't have a large sum of money to put down so what would be the best way to make a purchase and is there a checklist that investors use when prospecting for propertys?
