West 98 and Larnder Ave (Cleveland)
Hi All,
I have an option to buy a duplex in West 98th St and Larnder Ave.
As there are a lot of "Class Rank" Maps can anyone tell from their experience what zone is it? C? D?
thanks

That is a C/C- area. Check out @James Wise 's "The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods.
