Just Submitted My First Offer!

After nearly six months of listening to the BiggerPockets podcast, reading as much as I could get my hands on, and analyzing a few deals every day, I just submitted my first offer on a pair of multi-family buildings in Phoenix. The offer was quickly declined, but it felt great pulling the proverbial trigger and going from spectator to participant. It also felt great being able to let it go, because I know that any other purchase price simply won't provide the returns I need to make that deal a good one.
